Collection, storage, processing and use of personal data
When you visit and use our website, we collect, store, process and use your personal data. This includes the public display of information on your flights and/or other travels as provided by yourself unless you set your privacy preferences in the "Profile & Settings" to "private".
We normally store your data which we collect for transaction purposes for 10 years due to accounting reasons. Other data is stored as long as required for fulfilling the contract and for safeguarding our rights. We reserve the right to store data even longer whenever required for legal and/or operational reasons.
Data collection according to the laws
When collecting, storing, processing and using your data, we observe the relevant legal regulations.
No data collection and/or forwarding without your express consent
We only collect, store, process and use your personal data with your express consent. You can revoke your consent at any time via the contacts shown in our Imprint.
We do not forward your personal data including your email address or other contact information to third parties without your express and revokable consent. However, this is not valid for any service partners which require your data for processing orders and purchases such as shipping and payment companies in direct connection to a transaction. In such cases, the level and amount of your personal data forwarded to our partners will be kept to the essential minimum.
Data security

Newsletter

You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time using the link provided in the newsletter or via message to us using the contact information shown in the Imprint. We will remove your email address from our mailing list immediately.

If, on account of the objection, we are no longer able to perform the services contractually agreed with you, the objection is deemed to be a breach of contract by the customer and we have the right to terminate our contract with you without notice. Payment obligations already contractually entered into by the customer remain in force.
